Marketing Manager

​We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Manager to amplify our brand presence, drive lead generation, and support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support company goals, product launches, and lead generation.
  • Manage and grow DET Myanmar’s digital presence across social media, website, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising platforms.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content—brochures, videos, social media posts, email campaigns, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Design, and BD) to align campaigns and messaging.
  • Plan and coordinate corporate events, exhibitions, webinars, and sponsorships.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communications and touchpoints.
  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards; provide actionable insights and improvements.
  • Manage the marketing budget and external vendors when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in IT, tech, or B2B industries.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing tools, content strategy, and performance tracking.
  • Exceptional project management, team coordination, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficient in English and Burmese—both written and verbal communication.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and branding.
  • Able to work independently and lead marketing initiatives from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Excellent project management, coordination, and communication skills (English & Burmese).
  • Creative, independent, and able to lead initiatives from concept to execution.

Nice to have

  • Experience in event planning, exhibitions, and webinars.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting dashboards.
