Account Manager

​We’re looking for a creative and driven Account Manager to amplify our brand presence, drive lead generation, and support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in both private and public sectors.
  • Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor for IT and digital transformation solutions.
  • Work closely with the technical and solution teams to propose tailored offerings for prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to identify potential leads and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and reports for internal management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the IT or technology services industry.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise solutions, managed services, and system integration is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English.
  • Confident in client-facing roles, with a proven ability to develop C-level relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
