Sales Executive

​The Sales Executive is a dynamic role responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and approaching potential customers through cold calling, market research, or networking. This individual will be tasked with presenting, promoting, and selling the company's products/services, negotiating contracts, and meeting or exceeding defined sales targets and KPIs. A core function is building and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships and ensuring smooth service delivery by collaborating with internal teams like Marketing, Customer Service, and Logistics.  


Job Description

  • Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, market research, or networking.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms to close deals effectively.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions. 
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations (if applicable).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, logistics) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status in our CRM system and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay updated on market conditions, and competitors’ activities and industry trends to identify new opportunity.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
  • Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role (3-4+ years).
  • Preferable background in Digital Engineering with a sound knowledge base.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
  • Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
  • Proficiency with business software and systems (ERP, CRM, Odoo).
