National Sale Manager

Pyinmana, Myanmar
  • Establish sales goals with Regional Sales Manager.
  • Develop and implement effective sale strategies to achieve agreed upon goals.
  • Create and manage budget.
  • Lead nationwide sale team members to achieve sale targets
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sale forecasts
  • Perform research and identify new potentials customers and new market opportunities
  • Manage, provide guidance to and set goals as well as KPI’s.
  • Analysis, interpretation and reporting of sales results and suggest improvements
  • Support new product development efforts with the Production departments.
  • Liaise with Marketing Department and Product Development to ensure brand consistency
  • Recruit, retain and train talent for the Sales Department.
  • Create and monitor sales incentive plans for the sales team.
  • Keeping up to date with product and competitors.

Must Have

  • University Graduate, A Diploma (or) Certificate in Sales is preferred
  • Local Nationality only
  • Age between 30 to 45 years
  • At least 5 year experience in FMCG Sales & Marketing field
  • Fluent in English and in Burmese
  • Computer literate – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & E-mail

Nice to have

  • Willingness to travel and work outside working hours if needed 
  • Must be able to travel
