Admin Manager

Pyinmana, Myanmar

-    Oversee facilities management, including office supplies, equipment, maintenance, and cleanliness.

-    Handle administrative documentation, record-keeping, business licenses, and government-related processes.

-    Maintain and update the company fixed asset register (eg. Furniture, equipment, vehicles, and IT tools).

-    Monitor asset movements, transfers, repairs, and disposals in coordination with relevant departments.

-    Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

-    Support HR in onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.

-    Check and record day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave, and OT coordination.

-    Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

-    Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

-    Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.

-    Develop a positive working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Handle Daily Cash. 
  • Handle travel and accommodation arrangements for staff as needed.
  • Recruitment and selection process.
  • Report to CEO and COO for all Admin Process Weekly and Monthly, yearly.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant administrative experience, including asset tracking or inventory management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or asset management software.

Nice to have

  • Effective interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong time-management and organizing skills.
  • Ability to relate Admin initiatives to corporate goals through strategic thinking.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
