We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Manager to amplify our brand presence, drive lead generation, and support the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support company goals, product launches, and lead generation.
- Manage and grow DET Myanmar’s digital presence across social media, website, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising platforms.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content—brochures, videos, social media posts, email campaigns, and thought leadership pieces.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Design, and BD) to align campaigns and messaging.
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, exhibitions, webinars, and sponsorships.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications and touchpoints.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards; provide actionable insights and improvements.
- Manage the marketing budget and external vendors when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in IT, tech, or B2B industries.
- Strong experience in digital marketing tools, content strategy, and performance tracking.
- Exceptional project management, team coordination, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficient in English and Burmese—both written and verbal communication.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and branding.
- Able to work independently and lead marketing initiatives from concept to execution.
- Passionate about innovation, digital transformation, and delivering business value through marketing.
